Please read these terms and conditions of this EULA very carefully, as this license contains important information which will govern your use of this Font Software.

This Trial Font End User License Agreement (“Agreement”, “Trial EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Rafael Jordán Oliver, operating as Osu! Fonts, governing your use of the Trial Font Software (“Trial Fonts”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Trial Fonts, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, install, access, or use the Trial Fonts.

01. Grant of License

1.1 Osu! Fonts grants the Licensee a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Trial Fonts exclusively for the following permitted purposes:

• Personal, private experimentation.
• Student work.
• Non-commercial self-initiated projects.
• Internal mock-ups, drafts, and visual explorations.
• Pitch presentations and speculative proposals for clients.
• Internal design tests and prototyping.
• Evaluation purposes prior to purchasing a commercial license.

1.2 Trial Fonts may not be used in any commercial context, under any circumstance.

1.3 This Trial License does not grant any right to publish, distribute, or deploy the Trial Fonts publicly in any medium.

02. Limitations & Restrictions

The Licensee is expressly prohibited from:

2.1 Using the Trial Fonts in any commercial or monetized context, including but not limited to:

• Paid client work.
• Paid commissions.
• Paid freelance work.
• Advertising or campaigns.
• Commercial branding.
• Merchandise.
• Retail products.
• Packaging.
• UI/UX of commercial software.
• Broadcast or streaming.
• eBooks or printed publications sold or distributed.
• SaaS platforms or online services.
• Templates, themes, or websites.

2.2 Embedding the Trial Fonts into:

• Websites (of any kind).
• Applications or games.
• Digital products.
• PDFs intended for public distribution.
• ePUB, Kindle, or similar formats.
• Digital ads or social media post assets.

2.3 Deploying or releasing any work publicly using the Trial Fonts.

2.4 Modifying, converting, renaming, reverse engineering, decompiling, exporting, or altering the Trial Font files.

2.5 Sharing, distributing, lending, giving away, reselling, sublicensing, or making the Trial Fonts accessible to any third party.

03. Font Character Set & Functionality

3.1 The Trial Fonts are intentionally limited in glyph set and OpenType features.

3.2 They are not equivalent in function, quality, nor scope to licensed commercial fonts.
3.3 The limited character set is as follows:

0123456789.,:;!?-

3.4 Additional glyphs, full OpenType features, stylistic alternates, extensions, and weights require the purchase of a paid license.

04. Relationship to the One4All License & Non-Commercial License

4.1 This Trial License is provided solely for evaluation and presentation purposes.

4.2 For personal non-commercial use beyond mock-ups or evaluation, a Non-Commercial License must be purchased.

4.3 For any commercial use, production use, release, monetization, or public-facing deployment, a One4All License must be purchased.

4.4 Trial Fonts may not be used in place of either of the above paid licenses.

05. Intellectual Property

5.1 The Trial Fonts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Osu! Fonts.

5.2 No ownership of the Trial Fonts is transferred to the Licensee under this Agreement.

5.3 All rights not explicitly granted here are reserved by Osu! Fonts.

06. Termination

6.1 Osu! Fonts may terminate this Agreement at any time.

6.2 Upon termination, the Licensee must:

• Cease all use of the Trial Fonts.
• Destroy all copies in their possession.

07. Liability

The Font Software is provided “as is.”

Osu! Fonts is not liable for any damages, losses or claims arising from use of the Font Software.

08. Governing Law

The laws of Spain govern this Agreement.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valéncia.
