01. Introduction

This Non-Commercial End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Rafael Jordán Oliver (“Osu! Fonts”) and governs the use of the licensed font software (“Font Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Font Software under the Non-Commercial License, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This license grants limited rights for personal and non-commercial uses only. Commercial use is not permitted under this Agreement. For commercial usage, including internal commercial use, corporate use, client use, freelancing use, agency use or institutional use, the One4All License is required.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Osu! Fonts.

02. Scope of License

This Agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the Font Software exclusively for non-commercial purposes.

This license includes full character sets and OpenType features (where applicable).

The Licensee may:

a) Install the Font Software on up to 2 devices owned and controlled by the Licensee.

b) Use the Font Software to produce static personal work such as posters, prints, zines, journals, personal branding experiments, or social content not monetised.

c) Use the Font Software in student work, academic exercises, and portfolio development.

d) Use the Font Software for internal learning and typographic experimentation.

03. Usage Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT, under any circumstance:

a) Use the Font Software in projects, activities, or deliverables that generate direct or indirect revenue, including paid client work.

b) Use the Font Software on behalf of third parties, including freelance or agency work.

c) Publish or distribute the Font Software.

d) Embed the Font Software into software, apps, games, hardware products, or e-books.

e) Embed the OTF files into websites or online platforms.

f) Use the Font Software in any external, shared or resellable templates or themes.

g) Create derivative font software or convert the font file formats.

h) Use the Font Software in broadcast media, advertising, or promotional campaigns.

i) Use the Font Software within any pornographic, racist, misogynist, anti-LGBTIQ+, xenophobic, fascist, discriminatory or illegal contexts.

04. Deliverables Output

Under this Non-Commercial License, the Licensee may export:

a) Static raster images (JPG, PNG, TIFF).
b) Static vectors converted to outlines only (AI, PDF, SVG).

The Licensee must not deliver any editable source files containing live or embedded fonts.

05. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Font Software remains the exclusive property of Osu! Fonts and/or its original designer(s).
The Licensee receives no ownership rights whatsoever.

No other rights are transferred.

06. Third-Party Participation

6.1 Use by Third Parties

No third party may use the Font Software under this Agreement.

If a third party needs access to the Font Software,
they must:
• Purchase their own license.
• The Licensee must upgrade to the One4All License.

6.2 Sharing

You may not share, lend, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or make the Font Software available to anyone else, in any form.

07. Violation & Termination

If any provision of this Agreement is violated:

• This Agreement terminates automatically, immediately, and without refund.
• All copies of the Font Software must be destroyed.
• Continued use will constitute infringement.

08. Compatibility with Other Licenses

This license is designed to sit alongside, but separate from:

• One4All License (commercial).
• Trial Fonts License (evaluation).

Upgrading is available at any time.

09. Warranty & Liability

The Font Software is provided “as is.”

Osu! Fonts is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from use of the Font Software.

10. Governing Law

The laws of Spain govern this Agreement.
Disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valéncia.
